Heartsaver First Aid Training
Heartsaver courses are intended for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
This class was designed to teach students how to perform Basic First Aid in an emergency. First aid covers first-response treatment for a number of minor and serious injuries, including muscle and bone injuries, seizures, trauma, allergic reactions, and much more.
This course teaches essential lifesaving skills. During the class, our instructors will carefully guide, observe, and provide feedback to all the students. This CPR course is also available online.
This AHA Heartsaver CPR AED class covers the following topics:
- First Aid Basics (duties, roles, and responsibilities of first aid rescuers, key steps of first aid)
- Medical Emergencies
- Injury Emergencies
- Preventing Illness and Injury
- Scene Safety and Assessment

- The student manual is included in the price of the course. The AHA requires that you possess a current Student Manual for the course during and after the class. Student Manuals will not be mailed in advance.

Our American Heart Association eCards are extremely convenient allowing you to access your eCard certificates anywhere. Paying for replacement/copy certification cards is a thing of the past. Each eCard certificate includes a unique eCard code which allows employers to easily confirm your certificate is valid. Certified individuals as well as employers can visit the American Heart Association (AHA) Certificate Verification web page and enter the AHA eCard number found on the digital CPR Card to access up to date certificate and student information.

Hybrid Online Heartsaver CPR AED Course
This is for anyone who has already taken the online course through the AHA. You should have a printable certificate of completion from the online course.
